Default Help I got a serious problem

Uhhh I dont know wether its a CPU or VGA problem... im kinda leaning
on VGA, i can barely see this message as I type it. But my screem is all messed up and I know its a hrdware issue. Its not my monitor or hard drive tho, i tried the monitor on a different comp and it worked fine, and the OS loads fine, but i think its a video card problem, my comp shutdown one day when i was playing C&C generals... and now this is what it looks like when i try to play... My whole screen looks like this..

Did water fall on your video card?
I got silver crap on one of my cards once and it ended up like that.

It can be drivers, so I would suggest rebooting and entering Windows in Safe Mode, which would tell you if it is or not.

should i spend $200 and get a new AGP, or spend $450 and get a new
PCI-Express 7800GT, miniATX mobo, and new Case?

What I really wanna do is get the macbook pro.. But im thinking I should
wait because theyll prob come out with a better one soon.
