Internet Sharing Problem

My network for file sharing is work fine but my internet sharing doesnt work. Ive done some research but it doesnt seem to help.

I have two comps on the network, one in my room and one in the lounge. The one in the lounge is connected to adsl. The one in the room is connected directly to the other computer.

Is there anything im doing wrong? Any asvice is welcome.
