Default What is Tiny, Green, and Penguin-Friendly at XYZ Computing

Lately there has been considerable growth in the small form factor segment of the industry and many more people are beginning to appreciate the advantages of these systems. Tiny systems take up less space, create less noise, and are seen as "greener" than their full-sized brethren (because consume less power). Also, by using a low power processor and not many parts companies have been able to keep price down, despite the added cost of undersized componentry. This article briefly goes over six mini systems that you don't have to build yourself. They are an ideal platform for a project or for a silent system for simple tasks like checking your email. The intention was to find systems that are small, Linux-ready, and customizable, but price was factored in as well.
