Default AMD Unveils 2600+ and 2400+ Athlon XP CPU's
SUNNYVALE, CA -- August 21, 2002 --AMD (NYSE: AMD) today celebrates the third anniversary of the award-winning AMD Athlon processor by announcing the world's highest performing processor for desktop PCs, the AMD Athlon XP processor 2600+. AMD also introduced the AMD Athlon XP processor 2400+.
