Default Helpful?

There is a Microsoft Knowledge Base article about this, with an accompanying download. I'm having the same problem with my Intellimouse and Natural Keyboard (both MS products). The problem is definitely on the Windows end, so I wouldn't bother checking Enermax's web site...

Default Enermax USB Enclosure Porblem

I am having the same issue - with no help from the distributer. I have sent an inquiry to enermax, we'll see if I get any response.

FYI...
