Ah, at last, finally a PSU review/shootout that isn't completely based on crap. Tom's Hardware Guide does a real shootout of 21 different power supplies, explaining what the wattage on PSU's means, how to calculate it, and they also use a test circut to calculate the actual outputs of the powersupplies reviewed.

What's scary is the ones that fried. Beware the crappy PSU.
