sorry about double post, FSVGA.SYS help please (XPpro)

hope someone can help me, I had a bad fsvga.sys file during my xp corp install and I just ignored and continued. is there any reason to be concerned and does anyone know what it does or what directory it is in? also, while I am here....does anyone know if there is any "malicious code" in the VBS that lets you install SP1?
