Nice comics. Now who is dumb enough to delete the songs and not have a back up of them somewhere.

Screw the RIAA. If they go looking on your other hard drives that aren't your master drive, then they are violating your privacy. If they sue me, I'll counter sue them because they have broken the 1st amendemnt. Besides, I don't have any songs on c:, I have sharing disabled, I have my IP block list up to date and activated, and I use BlackCat to block them. Oh, I also put songs I legally own on my drive, so I'll just tell them if they want me to pay $20 for a cd with 1 good song on it, then they can just keep their cd and I'll just download the one song that I want, or just find someone with the cd an copy it.
Do you remember when we used to make cassette copies? Did they sue for that? You got your buds cassette and you made a copy. Isn't this the same thing? The RIAA sucks. (Bunch of cheap money grabbers)

Any evidence they pull from any hard drive without presenting a warrant to you prior to the search, violates the 4th Amendment (Illegal Search and Seizure) and cannot be used in court.
