Hi. I'm a tech guy for a small cellphone co. and i'm looking for info. on adjusting tdma memory dialing. example: we would like to change one listing so when a cust. uses 411 instead of being routed to information the memory in the phone is activated and 411 becomes the number to or help desk instead of information.
Any information would be helpful and appreciated.Also if any one knows how to program restrictions of sim cards or methods how to access the sub-routines on the sim I would be apprecitive of hearing from you.
