Default System failure settings - For Windows Xp

In Control Panel - System icon - Advanced tab - theres a "write an event to the system log'' for Sysytem failures . Is this refering to the Ntbtlog.txt file.

Please advise.

Thanks julian

I am fairly certain it is not referring to that log. I believe the log it is referring to is the log which can be accessed via Event Viewer. You can open the program from Administrative Tools, a folder in Control Panel.

This is the address of the log, itself:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SysEvent.Evt

The log you are referring to is a record for loading drivers, I'm sure.
