It is wrong because the producers of the software own the software, we just purchase rights to use them. The creator of the software doesn't deserve to be stolen from because it is like any other product that is made; it is our choice to purchase the product at the designated price or not to.
Those who steal software, just drive up the prices for the rest of us. BTW, I have no pirated software installed.
