Default merde! my display driver Crashed and i cant fix it!!

i posted in operationd systems because i cant get into windows now.

heres what happened. i got a BSOD for an infinite driver loop with the driver nv4_dsp.
this wasnt a huge problem as i was able to get back into windows momentarily 3 times, and the third rime i had enough time to delete my drivers. next i got back into windows, obviously with no problems and proceeded to install the 53.03 drivers on my system because i was tired of having trouble with the 56.72 which i had previously installed. everything went fine untill i went to restart; just as windows closed i saw a "confirm file replace" box. the file being replaced was in the temp folder but, it was a dll file and it was and M$ dll file - i didnt have time to click yes or no. the window closed and it defaulted to no on the confirmation as usual. now whenever i load windows instead of the login screen i see a screen of red in gray dots in the pattern of vertical lines.

heres what i did:
1. i got into the windows repair from my installation disc and went into the services/drivers list using LISTSVC.
2. i disabled nv_agp and NVSvc, the nvidia drivers pertaining to display.

it still does the exact same thing at login screen. im posting with my fedora core OS.
right now im going in to the repair module to try and delete my temp folders. any help would be much appreciated. ill keep everyone posted.
