This is a classic example of what happens when kids have too much time on their hands. Im lobbying for more homework and year round school in this guys state.

First let me say that I nor TWL endorses this kind of extra-curricular activities, and constructing or using such a device most likely breaks about two dozen state laws.

Second let me say that kid probably rulez in shop class. This is most assuredly the most unique home project I've seen.
