i'm guessing Paint Shop Pro. but i could be wrong. i've used some older versions of PSP, and they weren't anywhere near as powerful as photoshop, but a ton user and beginner friendly. but if its up to $300, i'd look for photoshop or fireworks, cause it used to be like $80 - $100.

i'm starting to dig fireworks alot. and fireworks can use photoshop filters. cool.

Paint Shop Pro 7 ownz.. comes with Animation shop 3 to easily build animated gifs and such... probably not as powerful as Photoshop (didn't use it much) but much easier to use... but anyway i don't think he's talking about paint shop pro... "the psp" .. hmm... and song.. could it be sony? ...
