Any (free) PHP and MySQL ppl out there?

most ppl have seen my begging already, this is the last time im going to post on netsmog.com for this paticular reason;

hi, im the webmaster of www.techfreak.co.uk which hosts a weekly tech quiz. i would like to expand the quiz but to do so i want to prevent cheating while also automating the quiz

i need 5 pages, a registration page, a login page, a change profile page, challenge page and a logout

i only need the pages coded, the design can be done using SSI

i would do it myself but that would mean the tine consuming task of learning the basics of PHP and then with MySQL (which i hope to do in the future but don't have the time atm)

as the site is non-profit i can't offer money, but your work will be credited for :-)
