To install the RAM sticks simply align the notch in the memory module with the notch in your motherboard and push in.  Don’t be afraid to push hard, but always apply straight downward force with the back of the motherboard supported on a surface that won’t ruin the solders.  When you hear both tabs click you know you got it in.  Pay careful attention to what slots you plug the RAM into if you would like it to be dual channel.  Usually the manual to the motherboard will tell you more about this.
