Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R

Packaging:

The green packaging of the GA-EP45-DS3R goes with the "going green" theme of the motherboard, emphasizing it's power saving features. The back of the box follows this theme, listing all the product's features with nice little graphics. We do love pictures.

Upon opening the box, we are greeted with the standard assortment of cables and manuals that one comes to expect in these scenarios. The GA-EP45-DS3R comes with 4 SATA cables, enough to get you started and last most users, but not enough to fill all 6 of the ports. It also comes with a bracket for hooking up eSATA in addition to the driver disk and stickers, for some case bling.

Tunneling down a little further we are greeted with the goods. The GA-EP45-DS3R itself, packaged neatly in its anti-static bag, like a present waiting to be opened. I know you want to open the present, so lets do it.
