Test Setup:
For testing the K8X800 Pro II, Techwarelabs used the AMD 64 3000+ Newcastle. The AMD64 3000+ is currently the best buy in terms of price for performance, its also currently the most popular of the AMD64 lineup and represents what most consumers would buy if selecting an AMD64 for their machine. The TWL test setup was configured as follows:
Albatron K8X800 Pro II
Crucial PC3200 (DDR400) 1GB (2x512)
Western Digital 800JB
Radeon 9800 Pro 256
DVDRW
CDRW
AMD64 3000+
For the purposes of testing, Windows XP Professional 32 bit was used.
TWL ran the K8X800 Pro II though the following tests:
Quake 3 Demo 001
Prime95
Sisoft Sandra Professional
3DMark 01
PCMark04

The motherboard manual is written pretty well and will guide you through the
