Conclusion:

The Compex PS2216 is one sweet piece of networking equipment; supporting high end features and yet being quite affordable for both the SOHO and home.  Some of the features on the PS2216 are really handy when it comes to LAN parties (hell, if you have a LAN parties of over 6 people, you should definitely pick one of these up).  The average street price on this product is about $75, and most 16 port switches are in this price range.  The PS2216 is one solid piece of hardware that's very well suited for the SOHO environment with it's high-end features as well as it's very affordable price.

-Management features
-Perfect for LAN Parties

Cons:
-A tad bit expensive for just regular users
