WinRaR:

Winrar's internal benchmark utility shows what the real time speed in KB/s that would be when using both single-thread and multi-threaded tasks. The processor speed seems to be slightly higher than twice the single-threading speed, which may result in winrar not recognizing the new quad core processors yet.
