ATP 4GB ToughDrive Flash Drive
How Tough is Tough?
As we all know the main feature of the ATP ToughDrive is literally that; It's supposed to be tough! ATP went as far as claiming it is the “…ultimate rugged USB drive built for all conditions!”. All Conditions? Really? Oh boy are we going to have fun with this. And NO; We are not going to put it in the washer (which is less of a test than being put in a glass of water), because we all know that it can withstand that. You see - to me, "all conditions" would include being:
- Driven over
- Set on fire with highly flammable chemicals
- Dropped in Water
- Frozen
- Airsoft Gun
- Chew toy for dog
- "The Torch"
- If all else fails - HAMMER!

To be completely honest, we were stunned that the ToughDrive withstood all the torture that it did. Despite the tip being bent, which was easily fixed, the ToughDrive took everything we could throw at it. In fact, we hadn't planned on testing it past the fire, because we thought that it would have been dead. For the record, this toughdrive is, by far, one of the best flash drives on the market today!
