EVGA e-Geforce 8800 GT KO Series Video Card
Conclusion:
The EVGA e-Geforce 8800 GT KO NVIDIA graphics card is a fantastic gaming card for any budget minded consumer. The cards very easy price range makes it a certain target for those looking to not spend a bundle, but yet still want to play the latest game titles in DirectX9 and DirectX10 modes. The resolution rates displayed in our chart image indicate the wide plethora of options to the user, and the PureVideo HD Technology off-load to the GPU makes this card even more attractive for the price. So much so that it has driven demand up making them sometimes difficult to find at such a great price. The EVGA 8800 GT KO ran very strong in our tests with all of the first person shooters and the only game title that seemed to bring it to its' performance edge was Crysis when running high Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering. Couple all of these great features, performance, price and as I indicated in the first paragraph, the very nice warranty when you register the card, making the EVGA 8800 GT KO an easy choice when suggesting a well priced video card that will run today's and tomorrow's (DX10 ) game titles at high resolutions for your enjoyment. At the attractive price they currently sell for, if you add a second card in SLI mode we are certain that this would be an excellent solution for any current game available in the highest of settings.
Techware Labs would like to thank the people at EVGA for providing their excellent 8800 GT KO series video card for review as it turned out to be a definite winner to us.
