This is EVGA's 512-P2-N545. It appears like nothing more than a Nvidia graphics card since it doesn't even have an EVGA logo on it. But, got to hand it to them, that is one sweet looking fan: it is over an inch thick and uses heatpipes. Unfortunately, it is a little too thick for comfort as it takes up two slots. In our test system, using two of these cards in SLI would have blocked one of the three available PCI expansion slots, not to mention these two cards would sit extremely close with almost no airflow space to the upper card.
We removed the cooling solution by unscrewing the 9 screws on the back and one screw on the bracket that hold it in place, With the cooling solution off, we are able to examine the pcb layout:

While the PCB between EVGA's standard 7800 GTX and the new 512MB GTX appear the same, this card uses Samsung's newest 1.1-nanosecond memory that is rated for 1.8 GHz. The core has not undergone a die-shrink, so Nvidia has probably strained the last silicon or been binning these highly overclockable cores since the 7800 GTX's inception:
