Conclusions:

As more and more consumers search for components that offer good performance while remaining affordable, manufacturers are under increasing pressure to meet this demand with products. Forsa seems to have supplied a product that can offer consumers acceptable 3D performance with features few cards in its class offer, at a price that is right for consumers. The lighted heatsink/fan assembly will definitely appeal to the gamers and computer modders, and offers a unique look that is rarely found.
