ATI 9600Pro vs. Nvidia 5600

UnReal Tournament 2003 UnReal Tournament 2003 is one of the most visually
intense games on the market. Of course, this will soon not be the case, but
for the time being, the game has continued to prove to be a great benchmark
for 'real world' application testing.
The 9600PRO performs better at all levels. However, it continues to scale poorly
at higher resolutions or with anit-aliasing enabled. here we see the 5200 fair
almost as well as the 5600. The trend of Nvidia releasing cards that don't provide
much of a performance gain seems to be increasing. We saw in the Explorer 5200
Review that the 5200 had the same score as the GF4MX series on the ChameleonMark
benchmark, a frightening trend.
