Win XP IRQ Party

hmm, didn´t know that. but for me it doesn´t sound very good. especially because the machine hangs all the time ( i busted that ultrastable os about twice as often as i boot it >) the throughput of my harddisks has decreased ´bout 50% and sometimes it refuses workin´ totally. i´ve also set up the os about 6 or seven times in the last 3 days, no improvement. would appreciate some help. thanx in advance :P
