Default Pri Master Control error, on an SIS board

like I said in the other thread..... try a new bios but if that doesn't fix it get a new mobo...

A PCI controller would be a cheap fix, but you'd be slowing the biggest bottleneck in any computer even more (down to a 1/3 of it's speed)! Just a warning!

problems all solved...

Thanks....

It was the HD that caused the initial problem....

Then the Windows copy I had wasn't bootable....

I had a shit IDE cable....

And a broken floppy....

So it's always the little things...thanks for everyone's help and suggestions I really appreciate it!!!

lol at work some big bad server went down and they traced it to a cable.. always funny...
