Default Help with Windows 98?

Ya, my comp sucks out loud. On this one I have XP, but on MY computer, really my sister's old comp, I have windows 98. Unfortunately I ran the normally decent program Spybot: Search & Destroy on it, and it annihilated explorer. Everytime I boot my comp up, there's an illegal error and explorer dies. Normally I keep explorer closed and just reboot when I need to do something else(despite it's shittiness, my comp reboots in about a minute and a half). But I can't even get explorer open in the first place, and you can't run jack thru DOS. Nothing graphical as far as I know.

Anyway, my first question is, is there a way to start a new task without explorer in 98? I know you can in XP cuz I always have explorer closed in XP so it runs faster, but in 98 there's no thing like that in the Cntrl Alt Delete thing.

Secondly(since I "lost"my copy of the 98 CD, well really I ran it through a woodchipper when I was angry with it, never figuring this would happen lol) does anyone have a copy that they can send a ISO of to me thru email? I'll provide a Gmail account for anyone who has a 98 cd and can get an ISO of it, or anyone who already has an ISO(or something else I can make my own 98 CD from).

Yea yea it's pirating, whoop-dee ****in doo. Its windows NINETY-EIGHT, if anyone has a problem with pirating it, keep yer yap shut then. It's not like microsoft can possibly squeeze anymore money out of it. Think of it as technological alms for the technologically poor.
