Default Cell phone ""decryption error""

Ok a friend Roslend at school lost her cell phone at the movie theater one day, when she got it back she started getting a ""decription error"" when trying to look at her pictures, and when she takes a pic it says theres no space.

When I see something like this i think

eather

1. some one sericely screwed up the phones settings

or

2. the phone was maybe set by a magnet frying the hard drive or something

anyway I told her i'd try and fix it... And sence shes a cheerleader im hoping to get some browny point if you know what I mean...

anyway its a cingular LG something... if you can help it would be apriciated

thanx,
smartkid

But if you have her cell phone, you can get it to send the account password as a text message to the phone, so you could log in. Also, you should be able to contact Cingular suppoort from her phone by dialing something like *8 (varies per carrier, but there should be a way).
