What hardware comes with a over the range microwave?

I purchased a Bosch OTR micro and it will not work in my existing insert for my current micro. The width is over about an inch, so therefore I need to remove the insert as well. Just wanted to know if the insert does come with the microwave along with the necessary hardware to mount it. Thanks!!
