Default Blue screen

At connecting pen drive to my i5 W7 desktop, after few moments blue screen appeared. shutting down to prevent damage to computer. reason recent HW/SW change? cleaned externally HDD with KaspVG and put back. Again blue screen appeared. Why and how to correct pls?
