Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 Gaming Mouse

Software:

I popped the software CD into my gaming PC and ran the installer to install the software. Even though I already had a Razer DeathAdder installed on it, the installer added a "BoomSlang™" option that allows you to switch back and forth between the two mice. This is a great feature in the software as each mouse may have different adjustments, and one may not want to use their high-end Boomslang™ mouse for the tedious everyday use and rather save it for those gaming nights. While the Razer™ mouse software appears to be very similar, there are some differences that are unique to the BoomSlang™ CE. The most obvious differences are the on-off of both the scroll-wheel light and the 'glow-ring' light on the underside of the mouse. The software allows you to change the polling rates, the dpi settings, change/alter the double-click speeds of the buttons, assign actions to the 5 buttons including assigning keyboard macro functions to any button, insert delay functions, adjust overall sensitivity and scroll speed.
