At 1375MHz, we got the following results:

- RightMark Multi-threaded - total time 4 minutes, 02 seconds
- MemTach - benchmark took 27.34 seconds to run, average memset was 2413.6 MB/sec, average memcpy was 1902.1 MB/sec.
- Performance Test - 888.2 operations per second, Memory Mark shows average of 668.5, PassMark rating of 120.3
- SiSoft Cache and Memory - 35.828 GB/sec
- SiSoft Sandra Memory Bandwidth - 5776MB/sec
- SiSoft Sandra Memory Latency - 78ns
At 1550MHz, we got the following results:
- CPU-Z - timings 9-11-11-28
- RightMark Multi-threaded - total time 4 minutes, 0 seconds
- MemTach - benchmark took 27.46 seconds to run, average memset was 2296.8 MB/sec, average memcpy was 1875.0 MB/sec.
- Performance Test - 882.8 operations per second, Memory Mark shows average of 669.4, PassMark rating of 120.5
- SiSoft Cache and Memory - 36.406 GB/sec
- SiSoft Sandra Memory Bandwidth - 5813MB/sec
- SiSoft Sandra Memory Latency - 78ns
Conclusion:
I'm a bit skeptical about the RAM not running at 1600MHz. I've heard from some people that this happens if your FSB is not 1333 or higher. Regardless of what your FSB is set to run at, it should still be able to accomplish the stated values. If you want into the DDR3 market right away, look into picking up a PQI Turbo Immortality Edition 4GB DDR3-1600 kit.
