Testing
The drive came with the "Value Bundle" which includes Nero Essentials
© which is a welcome upgrade for those of you who are running any prior
version of Nero. Running a few speed test
to see what the drive is able to keep to what AOpen
is claiming. TWL used both Nero and DVDinfo
to see what speeds the drive was capable of.
It is important to note that during these speed tests the noise level from the drive was not noticable. Thumbs up to AOpen for creation of a drive with noise control that actually works.
