AMD has sent TechwareLabs their new 45-nanometer SOI Quad Core processor named the Phenom II X4 810 running at 2.6GHz to review. With the economy in the state it is in at the time of this review consumers are looking for processors which will provide the most performance for the dollar than ever before. Rather than settling for a processor that has been out on the market for a while at fair or maybe still higher price, consumers are looking at processors that are reasonably priced and have technology built-in that out perform higher cost processors. AMD has built the Phenom II Quad Core 810 processor with these points in mind. With the AMD Fusion Utility for the operating system and AMD Overdrive built in to this release, the X4 810 is designed to impress.
