Conclusion
Overall, the Palit ATI Radeon HD 4850 performed very well. Even though it had lower clock speeds and less RAM, the ATI Radeon outperformed the ATI Radeon 3870 and proved to be a really great card. AMD/ATI has really proven itself this time around with the timely competitive release of it's 4800 series cards. I'm very glad to see ATI at the top of the gaming scene once again. The Palit ATI Radeon HD 4850 is currently available for about $185 dollars. If you are looking for a new card in that price range I would definitely recommend this one.
