I've never experienced this particular problem, but if you boot off your Windows XP cd, you should be able to run a Windows XP repair. This *should* solve the problem.

The file ntldr appears to be stored in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 (for me at least, running Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP-1). Alternately, you could boot to a command prompt, and then put the file ntldr (from someone else's computer) on a disk, and copy it to that location...and see if that solves your problem.
