Figured it out after much trial and error.
Okay so for those who want an easy 1 stop guide for softmodding the Wii here is the easiest utility I have found.
Modmii - Which can be found here. http://www.wiihacks.com/tutorial-arc...loader-11.html Modmii is a script which will auto-create all files needed on your SD card and generates step-by-step instructions so that you can unlock, backup, and customize your Wii. To back up your existing games and/or format an external USB hard drive, you will need to download and install WBFSManager. Note: You will need to "Run as Administrator" in order to format USB drives. WBFSManager can be found here. http://wbfsmanager.codeplex.com/ Do not ask me where to download games.
