These results all show numbers based on speed and though the 2200-GP continues to impress with its results that continue to match or beat our lab Western Digital 220GB SATA drive, but keep in mind the 2200-GP is running in a mirror, not a stripe. There are no dip switches on the 2200-GP to flip it to a stripe, but to get this type of performance without the big dollar expense of a server class RAID card is very impressive to say the least.
