Conclusion:

When you look at the price tag of the GA-EX58-UD3R it looks like a budget board (compared to other X58 boards), but when you start using it, it doesn't feel like one. The BIOS feels feature rich, and the feature set is comparable to higher priced boards. The only time it ever felt like a cheap board was when we tried to install the dual Palit 4870's. This can be a deal breaker for a gaming enthusiast trying to purchase a new board; however, if you are not interested in being on the bleeding edge of graphics performance, then it shouldn't be a problem. For $200 at time of writing, this board can't really be beat. If you want to be able to run your super high performance graphics card, you will need to fork over more money and buy a different board. If you don't care, or don't plan on running either CrossfireX or SLI, then the PCI express x16 spacing issues won't be a problem for you. If you fall into the latter category, then we would definitely recommend this board to you.
