Overclocking

A 500MHz overclock was achieved easily by just increasing the multiplier with no increase in voltage, which is quite impressive. I was having an issue with temperature readings, making it so I had no idea how hot the chip was actually getting. So I decided to play it safe and leave the voltage alone for now.
Synthetic Benchmarks
Cinebench 11.5

Cinebench tests a systems CPU performance through rendering in 2D and 3D. Our 14% overclock gave us a 12-13% increase in overall performance which is a great gain.

Passmark tests the system as a whole, CPU, 2D, 3D, etc. In the CPU section our system scores between the Phenom 955 and i7 920. In the GPU tests the onboard 7560 scored just below the 5770 in 2D, but well below it in 3D performance. Our overclock netted a 7% increase overall.

PCMark 7 is a great tool to get an assessment of the performance of a system as a whole. At stock clocks the 5600k managed 3904 points, and was able to bring that to 4110 at 4.1GHZ, a 5% gain.
I have this apu. I am a little confused about the electric power consumption.
Could you please let me know how much power it will consume while using the apu at 50% ?
It’s max TDP is 100W. Isn’t it bad compairing intel chips ?
