This is really a toss up with the overall lead going to Windows 7 due to the GDI results. All this really means is that 64 bit drivers are better than 32 bit. I would expect these results to get better after Microsoft releases the first service pack for Windows 7. Again these results are at default speeds.

Default Speed (3400MHz) Overclocked to 3900MHz

As you can see bumping the clock speed up results in a significant boost in performance for this system.  For reference we are including a CPUz screenshot of our system settings as overclocked.
