D502PB Android Smartphone Review

Performance

The D502PB uses the MediaTek MT6572 1.30GHz 2 Core processor, with a ARM Cortex-A7 architecture. The clock speed reported by CPU-Z is 598MHz to 1.30 GHz. We were able to squeeze out 1.33GHz during our tests.
The transitions between windows is on the lower spectrum and does affect performance of the entire cellphone thus affecting your day to day life. If you are looking for a fast device, this is not for an avid cellphone person who relies on quick and prompt response times and fast load screens.

The phones temperature never reached above 49C even during excessive use and testing the video processing speeds.

Multi-Touch Test

The display is of low quality as well only allowing 5 finger multi-touch at most. Running 540×960 resolution at 240dpi it compares to most top end models from 3-4 years ago.

Using AnTuTu’s Benchmark v5.7.1, CPU-Z and Ice Storm we tested the video performance and were getting the following test scores:

Conclusion

The D502PB is a cheap phone, made for a daily worker who doesn’t need anything outside of the essentials. You get 2 sim card slots, and an SD-Card slot. We believe that every product deserves equal testing and reviews no matter the cost. This product definitely went beyond any expectations. With the low cpu power and lower battery than most smartphones on the market this phone still delivered a powerful daily carry that allows for Email, Phone, Texting, and minor app usage.

Techwarelabs approves this phone for anyone looking for a cheap android device that will work for you, not the other way.
