Conclusion
Now to give this headset a final perspective, I am very impressed with the quality and feel of this set. While my history with Monster products has always been that of caution, they have begun to weave their products culture. The gaming community is no different and they will be excited about this headset. Games produce much clearer direction in terms of sound source and the lower frequency clarity makes for some sick explosions and quickly changing scenarios during live gameplay. The microphone and its noise filter provide a clear channel of communication with the team without issue, while the clarity of the Lows provides for a pleasant array of sound to tickle anyone’s fancy, except those that like violins such as myself. However I like much more than violins so this was not a killer for me, especially for the price point this set is definitely tuned for the gamer with a great sound quality. As far as gaming sets on the market I would say the Fatal1ty FXM 200 play a competitive level with their competitors and at this price point you get slightly more than what most competitors offer, except fancy LED’s, I think those are obnoxious anyway. Unless it looks like Tron, anything Tron is god.
P.S. Those cat ear headsets, however low-quality, reaaaaly caught my attention, I’m waiting for a good headset like that. Yes, I’m a cat dad, get over it.
