Razer Imperator Gaming Mouse

Closer Look

Packaging

Razer’s packaging is truly satisfying. Never should you purchase something in this price range and be treated with cheap, ugly packaging. The front of the box has a matte finish except for the picture of the mouse, the word Imperator, and a few other key elements. The box pops. The sides and back offer specifications and features, as well as information about Razer as a company. Flip open the front and you are greeted with the mouse encased in plastic and another picture with information about the mouse.

Inside the box

Inside the box we find a slew of goodies: Master Instruction booklet, Quick Start guide, Product Catalog, Certificate of Authenticity, Product card, Stickers(!), and the all mighty Cup Holder (never should a desk be without!).

Adjustable side buttons

The adjustable side buttons on this mouse are a very neat feature. This allow for a different kind of customization in a mouse. While it’s not uncommon for gaming mice to come with extra feet, different weights and a slew of other goodies, Razer sticks to simple, yet very important issues. Razer gives you five settings for your side buttons, so you will never miss them.
