With gaming peripherals the included software is often hit and miss. Many companies focus solely on making it work properly (which obviously is necessary) but end up putting little effort into actually making it pleasant to use. Fortunately, like every other facet of the Level 10 M, the software seems well thought out. You can do all of the functions you would expect from a gaming mouse such as creating macros, adjusting DPI, and mapping mouse buttons.

One neat feature of the Level 10 M software is the ability to change the color of the LEDs in the mouse to suit your personal preference. I ended up going with the dark blue setting to match the backlight in my Corsair K90 keyboard.
