The PC-A06F form Lian Li provides an interesting concept regarding space management. If your desk has ample depth but limited headroom then this case will be perfect for you. Having a smaller modular power supply and a smaller CPU cooler would most definitely reduce the clutter associated with the case which is the main problem. Furthermore having a smaller power supply will allow you to further inset the power supply into the case thus cutting those extra inches. The A06F is available for as low as $89 and provided you have the right parts, this case will be an excellent, space saving investment.
I agree the wart hanging off the back is quite ridiculous.
I use the Lian Li PC-A05, there is a revised PC-AO5N out there.
They both keep the ugly inside. It is a better solution. Mine gets warm, but never too hot for the system. It is only 4% bigger than the A06F
