Conclusion:
As mentioned previously, I spent several months with the i’m Watch, through several updates. Over that course of time I tried desperately to like the i’m Watch and I can confidently say it let me down at almost every turn. I found myself teetering between feeling almost there and disgusted with it. I own a Samsung Note II and was desperately hoping this could become a welcomed partner to the “phablet” I enjoy using for everything but taking calls, and that reality just never came to fruition. From the lackluster app support to poor core functionality (horrible call quality and delayed notifications/alerts), the i’m Watch simply isn’t worth its current price tag, which is currently $299 (after two price reductions from its initial $399 starting price). I don’t doubt that it wasn’t cheap to design, support, or build for that matter, but at some point a product has to provide the value a consumer is expected to pay for it and sadly the i’m Watch will inevitably lead to a severe case of buyer’s remorse.

- According to their website, a lot of attractive models really enjoy wearing their i’m Watch

I bought black colour I`m watchsmart watch on 29.11.2013 by HDFC bank acct .But till date i received no such watch and reason of delay is communicated to me.What to do with that ?. Lalremtluanga
I would try to contact the company first, and failing a reply I would try to get your money back from your credit card which should be easy to do if you havent received the product. After that leave negative feedback on the BBB.
