Although enthusiasts have been worried that having less and less headroom with each new release is becoming a trend, Intel has proven that they’re addressing this concern. The i7-4790K is an absolute beast, and proves to us that Intel is listening to the small percentage of enthusiasts out there. This haswell refresh is a very promising look at whats to come from Intel and provides you with more than enough power to handle everything you throw at  it. A lot of you may be asking yourselves, is it worth the upgrade? If you are asking yourself that than, yes! The Devil’s Canyon is absolutely worth it. You can find the I7-4790K for 324.99 on amazon, and for the performance that you will learn to become accustomed to, it is well worth the price. Intel is on the right track with this new refresh and we are excited to test out future products to come from Intel.
