Installation
After going through a regular installation I didn’t have any cuts or bruises. This is always a good thing since we had cases at TechwareLabs where just installing hardware into the chassis rendered multiple cuts from sharp corners. This is definitely a “looks cool in the dark” type of case. With blue lights on the fans it makes stand out in a dark room. Azza’s promised silence and Solano 1000 delivers. The fans are extremely quite, and you will hear your GPU or CPU fans before you hear these fans. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Now as I mentioned before about the door-less design issues. This is the prime example what I’m talking about. White disk drive just doesn’t mesh well with all black chassis. If you have black disk drives and you don’t like door designs this case will definitely provide.
Conclusion
With all things considered this case is worth the money. As mentioned in Azza’s take on this case it will satisfy some major needs of gamers and power users but not all. Extremely silent, plenty of air flow, has multiple holes in the back panel for wire management, compatible with liquid cooling. On the downsides, you have some design issues on HDD bays, no access for heatsink bracket placement, and the front panel might prove an issue in overall appeal. Personally, I think this case is good case with some minor faults in design and and no major issues. It definitely suits someone who is mid-tier computer enthusiast, or gamer. Someone who doesn’t replace their HDD’s and heatsinks that often. If you’re investing some money into a computer and want it to look good, be silent and cool but don’t want to spend a fortune to have the best of the best than this case definitely worth a look and should be considered as one of your choices.
